The program combines the daily practice of yoga with breathing exercises, guided meditation, self-awareness routines and dynamic group activities. In one week you will have the opportunity to participate in:

yin yoga class
daily breathing exercises
daily guided meditation
The program includes 3 daily vegetarian meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Water, fruits and tea are always available.
The program is not mandatory to be followed, so you are free to choose between taking part in the activities or enjoying your free time in the beautiful surroundings of the retreat location.
No previous yoga experience is needed to enjoy the retreat. What matters is to come with your heart open to relax, play and connect with yourself and with others.

The afternoon and evening programs are dynamic group activities.
The schedule can vary depending on the weather conditions.
HATHA YOGA CLASSES
In the daily Hatha Yoga classes guided by Karol Rodrigues, you will be able to experience 90 minutes of breathing exercises, yoga postures and relaxation exercise.
YIN YOGA CLASSES
In the Yin Yoga classes guided by Guiba Guimarães you will be able to experience full-body muscle stretching and release of all physical and emotional tension.
AFTERNOON AND EVENING PROGRAMS
The program offers diverse group activities where you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and others, through self-reflection and self-awareness. These activities can vary between lectures, acro yoga classes, relaxing massage workshop and ecstatic dance.
The Karma Yoga will be daily practice and includes volunteer work which can be, for example, taking care of the house or gardening.

We at Magga Yoga Retreats always choose a location where we can accommodate small groups.
We find it really important that all our guests receive ample individual attention.
Like this, everybody gets the opportunity to fully develop themselves during the retreat.Seats are limited to a maximum of 14 guests.
